| Tiivistelmä: | The objective of this article is to examine intergenerational earnings mobility in Norway. Findings show that using longitudinal data for Norwegian children (born in 1950, 1955, 1960 and 1965) high degree of earning mobility is found. There is quite high mobility in the middle of the distribution but some persistence at the top and bottom. For sons mobility is increased over time. |
