Tiivistelmä: | There has been growing concerns regarding individual privacy at work due to the recent practices of work organizations. Less attention has been given to the question to which extent privacy perceptions influence individuals' work attitudes. This article investigates how the individual ethical orientation of workers influences perceptions of a variety of human resource programs that have the potential to be viewed as invasive. Findings suggest that ethical orientation exerts direct effects on perceived invasiveness of programs and exerts both direct and indirect effects on perceived appropriateness of programs. |
