| Tiivistelmä: | More than ten years ago the programme of humanization of working life has begun in the Federal Republic of Germany with governmental support.The main objectives of this programme are: improvements in the working environment,enrichment of the work content,effective protection of health,widening of workplace democracy, etc. Different research projects within the scope of the programme are described. Special interest is given to the human use of new technologies in the sphere of production and administration. Organization of work,extension of qualification,optimal work load,workers' participation in decision making as central themes of investigation. |
