| Tiivistelmä: | Approaches like "Total Quality Management" (TQM) become more and more popular in german enterprises and within the scientific debate about modern management. However, most perspectives are predominantly uncritical. The problem of implementation and transferring the concept into day-t0-day reality are usually underestimated. In the present case study the TQM efforts of an oil company are analysed. The results show the big differences between the conceptual requirements and company's reality in TQM, especially with regard to the behavioural attitudes. |
