Tiivistelmä:The Credit Suisse - CS - made a partnership with the Banque Populaire Swiss (Berne) - SVB - at the beginning of 1993. The official reason for this was that the CS lacked the critical mass in the market and SVB the critical mass for an economic organization. This article describes the processes in chronological order and provides a few insights into the principal considerations.
