| Tiivistelmä: | Previous research has mainly focused on failures or mistakes in implementation of knowledge management (hereafter as KM) strategies. In this conceptual paper the authors outline positive models how to practice KM politics. The leading approaches to realize KM plans featured in the research literature are reviewed and analyzed. This paper provides a comprehensive estimation of KM implementation and it underlines the need to alter the way of thinking and studying KM. |
