Tiivistelmä:In the past, organizational change was dictated by management. Moreover, most of the time it consisted of a change in production equipment or work organization. Today however, the change process should be considered in terms of power relations between all the concerned members of the company. The relations between the reformers and the reformed demonstrate the need for the development of a change implementation method adapted to the contents of the reform and two different methods are described. One which change is dictated, the other in which change is negotiated using "company project" as a vector.
