| Tiivistelmä: | The study presents experiences derived from result of the implementation of logistics in the organizational structure of a large business concern division. Solutions are described as well as the original goals set and measures taken to achieve them. The main objective was the total optimization of the logistic chain - from suppliers to the customers. It is also fundamental that the development of logistic systems consists of more phases. After the reorganization of an inner logistic system and a consolidation phase the development of a logistic system must include deliverers, consumers and service enterprises. |
