Tiivistelmä: | Why does every company or organization require an image? Quite simply, because it should reflect their attributes and formulate the guiding principles for their behaviour. The case example of Swisscontrol, Schweizerische Aktiengesellschaft fuer Flugsicherung is described and analyzed. The ten steps of the development of the company's image is reviewed. An authoritative corporate image gives information about the corporate mission (goals), capabilities, financial performance etc. Some ways of communicating corporate image to the public are highlighted. The active role of management in the process of image formation is emphasized. |
