| Tiivistelmä: | This paper uses longitudinal test data concerning various aspects of people's cognitive (hereafter as: cogn.) abilities (as: ablts.) to analyze if overeducated workers (here as: wrks.) are more vulnerable to a decline in their cognitive ablts., and if undereducated wrks. are less vulnerable. It is found that a job-worker mismatch induces a cogn. decline as to immediate and delayed recall ablts., cogn. flexibility and verbal fluency. |
