| Tiivistelmä: | In 1990's, in accordance with the concrete conditions, China should take a suitable scale and rate in exploiting foreign capital. The volume of newly-- increased foreign investment should be within USD 20 billions and the total volume should not be more than USD 40 billion. The appropriate volume of foreign debt balance is USD 70 billions. It is necessary to emphasize making use of the international capital and to take active part in improving investment environments such as policies and systems etc. The main investment fields should include machinery, electronics and those like these which can earn foreign exchange and make import substitution products. |
