| Tiivistelmä: | The paper analyses the defects of the loan-scope management at the present stage. It holds that the macro economic management of the government should change from direct management as the main form to indirect management as the major means, forming an indirect control mechanism and system that regulates the interests of the main parts of the micro economy and influences their behaviors. The rigid management of direct and rigid control of loan-scope should be improved particularly. |
