| Tiivistelmä: | There exist some problems like sharp investment growth and unreasonable industrial structure. So the financial macro control should be strengthened in the following aspects: strengthening the function of the central bank to form a controlling mechanism suited to the need of market economy; adjusting conscientiously the investment projects and investment fund volume to ensure the need of industrial and agricultural production, basic industry and infrastructure construction; rectifying the monetary order and perfecting monetary system. |
