| Tiivistelmä: | Reentry into GATT will weaken the adjustment function of China's monetary policy. It will make conducting credit policy more difficult. China's present management system of foreign exchange will face severe challenge. So we should make good use of the escape clause given by GATT to the developing countries to ease the foreign bank's impact on China's monetary. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the foreign banks and the monetary reform of China. |
