| Tiivistelmä: | The impacts of "General Agreement on Service Trade" on China's monetary mainly come from the establishment of foreign banks and the expansion of their business. China bank will be the one which will be affected the most. Introducing foreign banks will be more favorable for not only absorbing foreign investment and strengthening competition mechanism, but also introducing advanced experience. It will bring challenges on business, operation, management and personnel. China should work out definite and unified strategy of financial development, strengthen the functions of the central bank and set up a authoritative national financial information institution. |
