| Tiivistelmä: | On organization structure, there two kinds of China's capital loan market: tangible and intangible. Participants are mainly banks and other financial agencies. In call loan, clearance takes the dominant position. The organizations of capital loan market are overlapping and the operations of business are extremely irregular. The reasons are that the vertical distribution of the credit fund to great extent hinders the rational horizontal flow of fund, the failure of synchronization between loan size and capital have influence on the rational capital use of the borrowing. The laws lack binding force. The interest lacks essential flexibility. |
