| Tiivistelmä: | China's communications and transportation industry has many difficulties in importing direct investment from foreign businessmen. According to the foreign investment agreements signed from 1979-1990, the investment in the communications and transportation accounted for 60% of the total foreign investment, but the direct investment only 1.2%. In 1990's, China plans to construct 400 big and medium-sized communications and transportation projects which need 650 billion yuan to 700 yuan. So we need to introduce more foreign investment. The loans from Japanese government constitute 60% of the foreign investment to China, especially the loans to communications and transportation industry which will become the main source to attract foreign fund. |
