| Tiivistelmä: | The measures to implement the moderately tight financial policy should be taken from two aspects. A. Moderately tight financial expenditure: (1)cutting down the scale of expenditure of capital construction; (2)controlling the too rapid growth of consumption funds; (3)reducing the expenses of administritive management; (4)strictly controlling the consumption of social groups. B. Moderately tight arrangement of financial income: (1)strengthening the collection and management of tax revenue, and legal system in this line; (2)preventing the drain of state-owned assets; (3)checking up unauthorized private funds and strengthening the management of extra-budgetary funds. |
