| Tiivistelmä: | According to the experiences in the developing countries and some areas in China, the unprofitable foreign aid from loan should be mainly used in, the projects for the improvement of infrastructure and production condition, and raising the quality of labour force. Most of the investments made by foreign privately-owned enterprises have been used in the development of township enterprises. For those areas which have good foundation and are expected to gain high profits by using the commercial banks' loans with higher interest rate, they can also be considered as ones which can use the commercial banks' loans. |
