| Tiivistelmä: | There have been great changes in the relationship between monetary policy and financial policy after the tax-sharing system was practiced. In view of the fact that the relative backwardness of and insufficient input in basic industries demand the direct intervention of financial policy's regulation and control, some adjustment have been made in the above relationship. Being the state's two different channels for pooling and distributing funds, both policies can help adjust the social aggregate supply and demand, but they play different roles in the aggregate variables and structure, which can not be replaced each other. The financial policy puts stresses on stock in hand while the monetary policy centers on the economic increment in terms of the adjustment of economic structure. |
