| Tiivistelmä: | Overall, the downward adjustment of the interest rate of deposits this May has played an active role in diverting deposits and activating market. But its expectant effect is not tangible. As far as the counties' and cities' industrial and commercial enterprises concerned, the related department' ideas of lightening enterprises' interest burden have not been realized due to various factors. An analysis shows that as far as counties and cities concerned, relaxing restrictions on the upper limit of the interest rate of financial institutions' loans at present is more beneficial to invigorating enterprises. |
