| Tiivistelmä: | According to the main characteristics of China's economic structure, that is, it is easy to expand but difficult to tighten, China should observe the following principles when conducting macro control: seeking long-term, stable growth combining aggregate control with structural adjustment (the aggregate balance includes three indicators-middle- speed economic growth , narrower increase range of price and international payment balance with a slight surplus), and the mutual support of various policies. To meet the need of macro control, financial policy should be shifted from "construction-oriented" one to "regulation and control- oriented one". Besides, the dual-structured finance, made up of public finance and finance of owners of productive resources. |
