| Tiivistelmä: | As the safety of commercial banks' credit assets is threatened seriously in the economic transformation, we must enhance our awareness of risk, strengthen its management, and establish and perfect risk control and management mechanism and management system of credit assets. We also have to establish a mechanism of the transfer and compensation of the risk of credit assets, and disperse risks through plural of assets. Besides, we must improve external environment to create conditions for commercial banks' control over the risk of credit assets and their management, speed up the shift of the government's functions, and enable commercial banks to enjoy fully management autonomy over credit assets. |
