| Tiivistelmä: | Policy-based lending is the main assets business of China's policy-oriented banks. This paper makes analysis of some problems existing in such banks' granting loans and then finds the main factors influencing the quality of loans. On that basis, it raises the following measures for the management of loans: 1. expanding the sources of fund, to ensure the demand and turnover of funds for loans, 2. defining correctly and choosing policy-based loan project to make a check at the source of loan risk, 3. introducing the modern enterprise management system and establishing loan risk prevention mechanism, 4. formulating and perfecting policy financial laws and regulations to stop up all loopholes in system. |
