| Tiivistelmä: | A Comparison following the accepted way of granting loans by the governments of the world was made in terms of the condition of loan granting, the source of funding, items, the role of enterprises and the principles of aid. The loans by the State governments are not generally intended for supporting industrial programs, but mainly for infrastructure, environmental protection poverty relief and other items of public welfare. The preferential loans by the Chinese government are mainly intended for supporting local productive programs of small and medium size that are marketable, resourceful and profitable. The nature of loan granting is entirely different from that of loan granting in western countries. |
