| Tiivistelmä: | At present, China has plenty of RMB funds and foreign exchange funds which are even in the relatively surplus state. At the same time, a large amount of foreign investment is flowing into China. As a result, losses have been caused in terms of distribution of the three kinds of funds. We may practice a policy of indirect foreign fund substitutes with an aim at reducing such losses, digesting and activating the domestic funds in the relatively surplus or idle state. For instance, we may weaken or cancel gradually the control over the scale of credit, increase properly the long-and mid-term loans and issuance of enterprises' bonds, develop investment fund and cultivate institution investors. |
