| Tiivistelmä: | The comprehensive business trend of banks poses challenges to the risk-controlling and handling ability of the financial supervision and management organ. It should know clearly the relationships between concrete businesses of banks and has the abilities judging comprehensive risk and organizing coordination and cooperation between departments of financial supervision and management organ. There are three basic principles for effective supervision and management, which are generally accepted in the world bank circles: 1. selecting a suitable market structure for comprehensive banks; 2. practising the umbrella-type financial supervision and management system; 3. using the powerful instrument of supervision and management. |
