| Tiivistelmä: | The southeastern Asia Financial Crisis has subtle impact on our foreign exchange system. However, since the international investors' confidence in investing in Asia has fallen down, there will be certain impact on our utilization of foreign funds, particularly in the field of foreign trade. If we still stick to the labor-intensive export product structure, it will lead to the weakening of our international competitive power and the change in our international balance of payment. To prevent and reduce financial risks, we have to pay attention to coordinating three relationships, that is, the relationship between environment and development. The relationship between quantity-stressing development and quality-stressing development the relationship between realistic demand and future demand. |
