| Tiivistelmä: | The existing problems of our financial system are the following: the reform of the Central Bank's system is lagged the current situation of capital operation of state-owned commercial banks is supposed to be worried about; non-bank financial institutions have fairly many problems, etc. To prevent and resolve financial risks, the essential way out is to increase the degree of financial system reform, mainly including:(1)enhance financial supervision and controlling system;(2)strengthen systematic reform of financial institutions, that is, to further reform commercial banks, to improve policy-related banks, to regularly develop open-end investment corporation and rural credit association, and to establish intermediary institution dealing specially with unhealthy loans from banks and institutions of deposit insurance;and so on. |
