| Tiivistelmä: | The international experience since the 1970s indicates the financial liberalization in developing countries undergoes frustration. The key point of this problem does not lie in whether financial liberalization should be pursued, but in whether those countries that pursue financial liberalization are provided with appropriate conditions. Financial liberalization regards a good macro-economic environment and micro-foundation as its prerequisites. As to the internal financial liberalization, it also requires the beforehand complement of financial discipline. As to the external financial liberalization, it requests the beforehand complement of foreign trade liberalization and the domestic financial liberalization. |
