| Tiivistelmä: | Last year, investment rate increase a large margin and industrial growth witness obvious speeding up, which are the manifestation of effects of financial expanding policy. But half a year of the pursuing of that policy, the industrial growth rate shows the tendency of decline, and tidy effect of demands expansion. This indicates that financial investment squeezes other investment capital, and leads to "squeeze effect" which means other investment declines. So the direction of financial investment policy adjustment should be supporting market investment to be the main body of investment expansion. And at meantime, financial investment project should be transferred to market investors at suitable time. Financial investment should provide financing support for market investment. |
