| Tiivistelmä: | Since the reform and opening, the trend of the development of China small and medium sized enterprises is very satisfactory. However, the difficulty of financing became the major contradiction that constrains its development. therefore, bank should strengthen the intensity of supporting the development of small and medium sized enterprises, improve and reinforce indirect financing services; expand support to credit, develop intermediary business of bank. Methods of expanding direct financing are as follows: carry out shareholding system reform, develop risk investment funds, establish secondary market (contrary to the major market), and set up policy small and medium sized financing institutions and guarantee regulation. |
