| Tiivistelmä: | The financial institutions' cash has become a little more because of easy money but the rate and dynamics of loans-giving are not kept proper. The industrial policies and the major projects supported by credit policies have been guaranteed with money but the structural shortage of funds and inflation have not been eased up. The growth goals of the economy and finance have been realized but the quality and efficiency of the economic, financial operations have not been enhanced. On the basis of the knowledge of the policy of monetary credit in 1999, the paper proposes the emphasis should be laid on the restructuring and on the expansion of domestic demand. Great attention should be paid to the rate of tightening and loosening. The question of how to make effective investment must be taken into consideration too. |
