| Tiivistelmä: | The absolute poverty in the Chinese countryside is a big problem concerning tens of millions of peasants' eating and dressing. In essence, China's activities of lessening poverty is a governmental performance, i.e. the administrations at various levels employ various tactics to reach this aim. On the bases of understanding and evaluating fully the choice of China's strategy to help the poor, the paper argues that the way of small loans to help the poor according to each household is better but different from the international GB pattern to a certain degree it more depends on the government; it is easier to lend and recover in performance. |
