| Tiivistelmä: | To implement positive fiscal policy we should make necessary readjustment in its ways and patterns: make every effort to support the reform of the social security system and constantly improve its standard; liquidate and eliminate some of the charges and selectively carry out the deceleration tax; properly change the current ways of direct investment by public finance and release some funds to absorb and stimulate social investment; give full play to the monetary policies to create combined policy effect; properly pool and increase financial resources through realization of national assets and overall arrangement for budgetary and extra-budgetary funds; properly allow the issue of local bonds. |
