| Tiivistelmä: | The integration of organisation and electronic data processing implies synergy effects. The article presents the positive aspects of this integration process. It also points out the negative effects. In the text an evaluation of good and bad sides of integrated organisation and data processing unit are presented. This sound basis of argumentation can be helpful to any manager. The decision about the structure of this integrated organizational unit of both functions is of very important. |
