Tiivistelmä: | This article is concerned with shared meaning, or culture. More specifically, it is concerned with meaning once shared. The purpose of the article is to consider an approach to the understanding of the sudden loss of identification with the organization's culture which the authors term sudden "lost meaning". It has been observed that some individuals who share the organization's meaning to a very great extent appear to lose identification with the culture quickly and completely. This sudden loss of identification with the organization's beliefs and values has not been treated in the literature. |
