| Tiivistelmä: | Responding to the challenge of the trend towards internationalization in the international business environment, business schools internationalize their curriculum in the Western world. In some cases this process of restructuring takes place quite smoothly, while the challenge poses great difficulties for those institutions, in which internationalization requires major structural change. The internal organization of the institutions must be adjusted by the demands, and resources must be allocated to support the strategy and to develop the necessary organizational skills and abilities. |
