| Tiivistelmä: | The subjects of this paper are investments and economic conditions in Russian Federation. The article discusses the economic recovery of Russia and provides the reason for the investment growth. The authors of this paper introduce the comparison between the structure of profits and investments and factor which contributed to the instability of the public budgets. The paper also pays an attention to the impact of recentralization of public revenue on the nature and functionality of fiscal federalism, information on the tax reform which came into effect in January 2001 and trends in the Russian financial sector. The article also provides a great number of graphs, tables and figures on this subject. |
