| Tiivistelmä: | Manager Magazin made a regression analysis to find out what factors determine the salary of CEOs, supervisory board members of German corporations. The three most important factors are: size, present profit and outlook for the future. Then they computed the value of the regression function for the 100 largest corporations and compared it with the actual salaries paid. The largest differences between actual and standard salaries are +127 and -67 %. |
