It explains why most management gurus tend to think there is only one right way, and how this leads to a four-square mentality. The paper critically examines several authors' views of the four-square mentality and evaluates how different cultures influence management styles. It analyses four-square models and concludes that other dimensions must be added in order to explore real European risks. |
