Tiivistelmä:Company members and other people often use the word organisation without sufficiently regarding its meaning.It is of even greater concern if, in the same way, representatives of organisation theory speak foolishly.One of the most effective preventions to such general orations could be the establishment of a very concrete system of efficiency indicators of organisational practice.Such a system should be based on a proper definition of company's organisation.The ability to establish such a system and the affirmation of it in practice would be the best answer to those, who claim that, in the future, organisational theory should be dissolved in the melting pot of "management theory".A few examples here of attempts on how to establish indicators of organizational excellence which are presented in the organisational literature might serve as a good stimulus for Slovenian social scientists in the field of organisational theory to do a similar work.
