| Tiivistelmä: | Organizing is an infinite, never ended process of searching the most appropriate organizational structures and processes.Therefore there is a lot of tasks that are always actual and should be currently accomplished.Due to changeable demands and possibilities their meaning is changing, too.Permanently currently the circumstances, demands, possibilities, conditions, relations etc. should be therefore changed and organization of particular companies should be adapted to them.The author discusses in detail about some most burning organizational tasks in our time and place.As such he deals with: searching of possibilities for formation of good organization and achieving of its efficiency and successfulness, the requirements for team work, the needs for greater extent or more efficient work, the possibilities of automatisation and the requirements to better use of all capatities. |
