| Tiivistelmä: | The evaluation of the health services by diagnosis is a novelty that in the world is already known and proven, performing positive issues in introducing the economics in the organisational processes of the health services.In his doctoral thesis with the title THE COMPONENT OF THE COMPUTER SUPPORTED AND INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE ORGANISATIONAL PROCESSES OF THE HEALTH SERVICES the author tried to find the answers to some questions and dilemmas turning up in this field.In this contribution the author is calling attention to the most important elements and components which have to be taken into the consideration.Because of the typical characteristics of the health care system it is necessary to consider in the same time to introduce the computer supported and integrated interorganisational information system exchanging the computer data in the health care organisational processes. With the study of the problematic of the health care services definition is linked the economical evaluation and accounting the health services as wells as the shaping of the conditions for introducing the appropriate information system. |
