| Tiivistelmä: | The author of the contribution studies the question of social development on macro and micro levels.By this he cites the standpoint and estimations of those authors who have studied the problems of economical development, the education effect on technilogical development, the choice of appropriate personnel teams of the research activity.The approaches to the post-graduate study (PS) planning and personnel development for the research activity (RA) are also introduced.On the basis of the approaches and their results used up to the present he estimates that by planning of the research workers in Slovenia so called heuretical approach should be used.He defines the predeterminations and variables of the heuretical approach by the planning and development of the research workers.Post-graduate education (specialization, master thesis, Ph.d.thesis) has in the last decade experienced a great changes in Slovenia.From so called part time study and study while working respectively it drifts into ordinary full time study.This change of post-graduate study (PS) is conditioned by several factors, which are in the widest sense of meaning placed into category of transition and characteristic respectively of market economy.The matter in question are changes brought by so called "transition" of the society. |
