Tiivistelmä:After the accomplishment of the process of proprietization of social enterprises , there will be in Slovenia numerous enterprises in which the employees will be coowners of an important part or even the majority of capital.No one ownership structure by itself is the guaranty of efficiency of enterprise.But it influence the mode how to use the property the most efficiently.Therefore the ownership structure has an important influence on the efficiency of the style of management.Empirical studies of the forms in employees (co)ownership in the developed countries show that these firm can be efficient, but under certain conditions.A special condition of efficiency of firms in workers (co)ownership is, that workers (co)ownership accept as a "psychological ownership".
