| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the nominal wage rigidity, and a model is tested on data from 16 OECD countries. The results indicate that there is a u-shaped relation between contract length and the degree of centralization, and the intermediate wage setting systems are more flexible than both decentralized and centralized systems. |
