| Tiivistelmä: | The lifting of international economic sanctions against South Africa makes the issue of FDI policy and regulation a critical one. The reintegration of South Africa into the community of nations will mean South Africa's continued attempt to liberalise its economy in respect to both trade and inward investment. Human resources development and the augmentation of existing capacities for industrial development through technology transfer are areas that will become increasingly significant for a South African FDI policy. |
