| Tiivistelmä: | Let it be stated right from the outset that with the signing of the Final Act of the Uruguay Round on 15 December 1993 , an outstanding achievement and a landmark in the history of the international trading systems of the world was arrived at. The undertaking of extensive trade negotiations during the seven years of the Uruguay Round have materialized, finally, in twenty-eight agreements and understandings, stremlining, expanding and deepening the realm of trade liberalization. |
