| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the national schedules of specific commitments in the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) as offered by Member countries of the World Trade Organization (WTO), from the perspective of developing countries, in order to analyze market access commitments concerning movement of natural persons. In this study, the horizontal commitments which are a part of specific commitments have been examined for a sample of eighty-four WTO Member countries. |
